Power BI dashboards gave the Head of Legal a real time view of the team’s entire workload, replacing hours of manual data gathering with instant, accurate reporting. The team was up and running quickly and without friction.
What Changed
Within six months, the team had processed and closed over 500 matters with clear ownership and real time status visible across the team. For the first time, they had reliable data on the composition of their workload which enabled a conscious decision to identify low-impact work and redirect it through process improvements, freeing the team to focus on the regulatory and strategic advisory work the business needed most.
