Founder + CEO
Demetrio founded Cubed by Law Squared to help in-house legal teams simplify workflows, improve visibility, and focus on what matters most. As CEO of Squared Group, he blends technology and legal expertise to deliver real impact for customers. An entrepreneur and lawyer, he advises boards, CEOs, and General Counsel on strategy and governance. He also plays an active role in the community, serving as Chair of Expression Australia and the Royal Tasmanian Society of the Deaf and Blind.
William
Microsoft Solutions Architect Lead
With over 30 years of experience in technology solutions, William helps organisations get the most from SharePoint and the Power Platform. At Cubed by Law Squared, he leads development and works closely with customers to implement Cubed, ensuring seamless deployments, efficient workflows, and solutions that deliver real value. Combining deep technical expertise with a practical approach, William helps teams adopt the platform with confidence and achieve measurable results. Outside of work, he’s a coffee enthusiast and qualified barista who loves roasting beans and discovering new cafés.
Trent
Head of Operations + Growth
Trent leads the operational delivery of Cubed by Law Squared, ensuring the platform consistently meets the evolving needs of customers. Since joining The Law Squared Group in 2017, he has developed deep expertise in the in-house legal sector, driving process improvements and contributing to the product vision to make every feature practical and impactful. Known for combining strategic insight with operational excellence, Trent helps translate customer needs into actionable solutions. Outside of work, he serves on the Board of We Are Mobilise, chairing its Finance & Audit Risk Committee and supporting the organisation’s mission to eradicate homelessness in Australia.
Parul
Product Marketing Lead
Parul helps customers get the most from Cubed by Law Squared by connecting product capabilities with real-world needs. She works closely with customers to understand their challenges and ensure every message, launch, and campaign reflects what’s most valuable to them. Blending data, creativity, and collaboration, Parul bridges the gap between customer insight and product innovation. Outside of work, she loves hiking new trails and heading out on scenic drives.
