  • No. Cubed by Law Squared is designed to work as an out-of-the-box solution. Integrated with Microsoft 365 and with an easy-to-use, intuitive interface, your team can start using all Cubed’s essential features from Day One.

    The Essentials Plan includes implementation, training and change management tools to ensure you’re optimising Cubed, and our comprehensive Help Centre is there for extra support – online or in-person.

    If you do have additional requirements, we offer a range of further integrations at a fixed cost - so you can make an informed choice, upfront.

    For more complex customisations, we recommend exploring our Enterprise Plan, which can be tailored to meet your specific needs. Please reach out to us for more details.

  • There is no need – our Essentials Plan is based on usage of 1 x Cubed workspace, not by the number of users. This means Cubed will scale up or down with your team, making it suitable for in-house legal teams of all sizes.  

    Please note that each lawyer in your team must have a Microsoft Power Apps Premium License for seamless integration with Microsoft 365 tools like Outlook and SharePoint. This license provides access to premium features and ensures your team can fully benefit from Cubed’s capabilities. Business Users only require standard Microsoft licensing. If you’re unsure whether your team has the necessary licenses, please contact your Microsoft licensing administrator.

  • Yes, Cubed operates within your Microsoft 365 environment, allowing seamless integration with any systems supported by existing Microsoft integrations or those with APIs. This includes platforms like:

    • DocuSign

    • HubSpot

    • Salesforce

  • Absolutely. If you’re an SLO, please reach out directly to discuss your specific needs and we can provide a fixed annual cost for you on the Essentials Plan for an SLO.

  • Yes, we are pleased to offer a reduced fee  on the Essentials Plan for registered charitable organisations. To be eligible for this discount, your organisation must be registered as a Charity with the ACNC.
